A 22 year practice of Massage Therapy and the Healing arts has led Suzi to bring a humble presence to her work. Recognizing the importance of active listening, Suzi uses therapies like Craniosacral therapy, Reflexology and Reiki to discover what massage therapy techniques will bring the best results. Honoring that the health of our skin enhances our ability to perceive information that affects our wellbeing, Suzi offers some unique therapies that combine skin care with energetic and muscle therapies.

A Charlottesville native, Suzi respects this beautiful land that is our community. A move west to attend Northern Arizona University in the early 90’s introduced Suzi to healers in the Flagstaff and Sedona area. This sparked her to embark on a physical and spiritual journey to Belize, then home to Virginia defined the importance of working with native and medicinal plants combined with body work.

Suzi holds a BS in Psychology, A Virginia License to practice Massage Therapy, National Board certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, A Professional membership with the American Massage Therapy Association, Upledger and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy certifications, Master level Reiki certification, Reflexology certification, Pregnancy Massage certification, A Virginia License to practice Basic Esthetics, certifications in Aromatherapy, Sound healing, Breath work and Chakra knowledge and recently a certification for a nine month apprenticeship in the art, science and ceremony of Herbal medicine from Sacred Plant Traditions.
